3. Find your local Dive Shop!
You can actually do the swimming pool sessions before you ever even get here! This is a great way to save your valuable vacation time for the beaches and the water! It will take but one or two weekends and get you prepared without feeling pressured.
4. Choose your destination!

5. Prepare your trip!
You don't need to buy too much gear - you're just learning after all!Most gear is inexpensive in Thailand. A mask and snorkel set is always a good idea. You can also do research on the dive sites and fish you will see with some books.
